This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit aniluna.com, contact ANILUNA, follow a link to our Etsy shop, or when the private application ANILUNA Scheduler connects to the Pinterest API.

2. Website hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Limited, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technical connection data such as IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain stability and protect it against misuse.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are the secure and reliable operation of this website. Further information is available in Hostinger's privacy policy.

3. Cookies and analytics

This version of the ANILUNA website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, social-media tracking, external web fonts or non-essential cookies. The website itself does not create user accounts and does not contain a checkout.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message content and any information you provide in order to respond. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Messages are deleted when the enquiry has been resolved unless contractual or statutory retention duties require longer storage.

5. Etsy product links

Product buttons lead to the ANILUNA shop on Etsy. No data is sent to Etsy merely because a visitor views this website. Data is transmitted when the visitor actively opens an Etsy link. Etsy may then process connection data and other information under its own responsibility. Purchases, payments, shipping information and Etsy messages are processed on Etsy.

Our links use the shop domain anilunadesign.etsy.com and may qualify for Etsy's Share & Save attribution. For details about Etsy's processing, see Etsy's Privacy Policy.

6. ANILUNA Scheduler and Pinterest API

ANILUNA Scheduler is a private seller tool used only by the owner of ANILUNA. It is not offered to customers, other businesses or the general public. The tool connects only to Pinterest accounts that the account owner explicitly authorizes through Pinterest's OAuth process. It does not request or store Pinterest passwords.

Data accessed

Depending on the permissions approved by the account owner, the tool may access:

• the authenticated account identifier and basic account information;
• the owner's boards, board sections and their identifiers;
• the owner's Pins, publication status and permitted organic Pin analytics;
• technical API responses required to publish or diagnose a failed publication.

Purposes

The data is used only to prepare, schedule and publish the owner's organic Pins, select the correct board, avoid accidental duplicate publications, link Pins to ANILUNA product pages or Etsy Share & Save URLs, and display performance information made available by Pinterest.

Storage and deletion

Board and Pin data is requested from Pinterest when needed and is not built into a separate database for unrelated use. The application may retain the OAuth access and refresh tokens, the owner's publishing settings, content prepared by the owner, scheduled publication times and limited technical error records required to operate the private tool. Tokens are stored in protected application storage and are deleted when the Pinterest connection is removed or the application is retired.

Pinterest API data is not sold, shared with advertisers, used to profile other Pinterest users or combined with accounts belonging to other people. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, namely our legitimate interest in managing and evaluating ANILUNA's own organic content efficiently. Pinterest processes data independently under its Privacy Policy and developer terms.

7. Local artificial intelligence

Where the private seller tools use Ollama to draft product or Pin copy, the model runs locally on the operator's own computer. Input is not sent to a paid external AI provider by this website. AI-generated suggestions are reviewed before use.

8. Recipients and international transfers

Personal data is disclosed only where necessary to operate the services described above, including to Hostinger for hosting, Etsy after an Etsy link is opened, and Pinterest when the authorized Pinterest API is used. Pinterest states that data may be processed in the United States and relies on mechanisms described in its Privacy Policy, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses.

9. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or statutory obligations. Website server-log retention is governed by the configured hosting service. Email correspondence is deleted after completion unless it must be retained for contractual or legal reasons. Scheduler credentials are retained only while the Pinterest connection remains active.

10. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, consent can be withdrawn with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights concerning processing by ANILUNA, contact info@aniluna.com. Rights concerning data controlled directly by Etsy or Pinterest should also be addressed through the respective service.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated when the website, scheduler or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
